"A Love for Drawing"

So I teach a 10 week class att Uppsala Universitet Campus Gotland starting tomorrow, and merely arriving to the island gives me an instant charge. It is stunning here...and more importantly - I am so lucky to have the opportunity to once again, hopefully get to make an imprint in these students lives, and to motivate them to work hard in their pursuit of this ever changing skill called drawing.

For tomorrow´s lecture - Mr Stanchfield said it best:

"A talent for drawing is not enough to be an artist. A deep love for all the aspects of drawing are what it takes to be an artist. One of the chief ingredients of that love is the determination to put the drawing endeavors in the forefront of your daily activities."
